Sepha Press-Out Universal-Mini Deblister Machine
The Press-Out Universal-Mini empties capsules and tablets from peelable or child-resistant blister packs
Operation:
The blister pack is hand fed into the machine directly into the locating tool and is held in position by the hinged stainless steel stripper plate
The drawer is then rotated and pushed into position
The start button is pressed and the blister pockets are partly opened using horseshoe cutter
Next the pockets are inverted by the pins coming from inside the product location plate and the product is punched out into the collection drawer located in the workstation
The pack loading drawer is then retracted and the empty pack removed
The process can then be repeated

Tool change over is extremely simple and only takes a few moments
