Description
The Russell Compact 600 is a mid‑range, high‑capacity vibratory sieve designed for efficient, hygienic, and space‑saving screening operations. It quickly removes contamination from powders and liquid slurries. It does not need any tools to disassemble and is extremely quiet. The contact parts are easy to clean and change overs are quick.
As it uses only half the space of a traditional vibratory sieve it is ideal for fitting into existing production lines. It is used in a range of applications including pharmaceutical powders, various food powders and powder paint.
This sieve is equipped with Russell Superclamps which are a patented quick-release clamp that gives consistent clamping pressure.
It overcomes problems with frequently re-adjusting underclamps as gaskets wear or you change mesh frames. These self-adjusting clamps increase the life of clamp pads, seals and gaskets, as well as minimize heat generation and damage to the vibratory screener sieve deck mating surfaces.
