Machine Overview
GlobePack Equipment is pleased to offer this Weiler ASEP-TECH® 640 Blow Fill Seal machine, configured as a 48-cavity system for the production of 1 mL and 5 mL LDPE containers.
The machine underwent a significant OEM refurbishment by Weiler Engineering in 2022, making this a particularly attractive opportunity for pharmaceutical manufacturers looking for proven Weiler Blow Fill Seal technology without the capital cost and extended lead time normally associated with purchasing a new BFS system.

Blow Fill Seal Technology
Blow Fill Seal technology integrates the formation, filling and sealing of a plastic container within a highly automated manufacturing sequence.
During the process, pharmaceutical-grade polymer is extruded into a parison, the container is formed within the mould, the product is filled into the newly formed container, and the container is then hermetically sealed.
This highly integrated process is designed to minimise operator intervention during the critical container formation and filling sequence and is widely used throughout the pharmaceutical
industry for sterile liquid products.
