Horizontal form, fill and seal machine equipped with servo auger filler, suitable for effervescent products

OEM Suggested Speeds

160-180 pouches per minute for up to 10gm filling weight

140-160 pouches per minute for up to 25gm filling weight

120-140 pouches per minute for 50gm filling weight

Note: speed depends on sachet size, flowability, moisture content, bulk density of the product and the type of film

Pouch Information

Filling weight: 2gm to 50gm (bulk density to be clarified)

Pouch type: three/four side sealed pouch

Pouch size: minimum 40mm width x 50mm high, maximum 90mm width x 270mm high

Packaging material: all heat sealable laminated film, 1. Aluminium with paper outside, 2. Aluminium only, 3. Plastic only (thickness should be 50 microns or more)

This machine is currently set up for a 4 sided seal pouch with v notch for tearing to fill 2gms to 50gms of Pharma powder in pouch sizes 60mm x 75mm for 2gms and 5 gms, and 90mm x 150mm for 30gms and 50gms
