Machine Process

Empty tubes are loaded via a conveyor belt in the tube hopper (which can hold 100 to 150 tubes depending on size) and automatically forwarded to the filling station through a servo driven chain belt.

Tablets are loaded into 8 vibrating trays via the tablet hopper which can hold 25kg, from there they enter the tablet conveyor and are channelled through guide tracks and counted between a preset distance.

Broken tablets are eliminated through the perforated vibratory tray.

The number of tablets to be filled can be easily adjusted as per odd-even counts of tablets through setting slots provided in the tracks.

Once the tablet count is accurate they will be pushed through a specially designed feeder where tubes are rotating and the tablets will be released under centrifugal force.

The tablet filled tubes will be inspected and moved along to be capped automatically.

Uncapped tubes will be sensed and rejected by rejection mechanism.
