High capsule filling accuracy thanks to a precise slug-dosing principle

Partial filling capability (up to 25mg) for capsule sizes 000 to 5

Quick and easy mechanical changeover

Capable of filling powders, pellets, tablets, micro-tablets, capsules, soft gels, and combinations thereof

OEMs suggested maximum speed of 90,000 capsules per hour depending on capsule size, fill weight and powder/granule characteristics, and maximum output of 80,000 capsules per hour for pellets again depending on capsule size, fill weight and characteristics

This line is currently set up for size 0 capsules and powder with change parts for sizes 1 and 2
