Nordenmatic model NM700-HA intermittent tube filling and sealing machine for plastic and laminate tubes

Key information:

Tube size range: 10mm to 50mm diameter and 50mm to 250mm length

Currently set up for 50mm diameter plastic tubes with a 200ml fill volume

Maximum fill volume: 300ml

Manufacturer's suggested maximum output speed of up to 70 tubes per minute depending on tube size and product viscosity

Removed from production in June 2024

Supplied with one set of format parts of your choice from our existing stock but if we don't have your required size we can provide it at an additional cost

Full mechanical strip-down of top and bottom halves

Deep cleaning, degreasing, and repainting of key components

Rebuild of all stations: sealing, filling, trimming, orientation, eject, and infeed

New bearings, bushes, seals, and cam followers installed

Vacuum pumps, chain drive, air and water fittings replaced

Rewiring and modern cable management with safety upgrades

Electrical fault finding and full system testing

New Perspex and Stainless Steel guards fitted

Final alignment, polish, and inspection
