IMACO Spectrum Monoblock Filler Capper

IMACO model Spectrum monoblock filling and capping machine - NEVER USED, LIKE NEW

Designed for volumetric filling of various containers and capping for such caps as screw, press-on and crimp caps. The containers are transported to the indexing table by the entry conveyor, and the indexing table moves the bottles to the filling and capping stations. The machine is equipped with two filling pumps and a single head capping system.

The volume is easily adjustable.

A peristaltic pump can be applied in order to use the machine in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

There can be chosen flow meter dosing as well.

The machine is manufactured according to GMP norms.

All contact parts are made of Stainless Steel AISI 316 L, and the seals are made of P.T.F.E.

It is easy to dismantle all contact parts for cleaning and hygienic purposes. Different controls are available (caps and under-caps presence on the bottle, min. /max. level in the product tank etc.).

The basic controls, such as the "no bottle-no fill" and protections, are supplied as standard. The machine is intended for use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
