Fully refurbished controls and pumps unit as follows:

Primary Core Upgrade

• Original electrical system and wiring completely stripped out and replaced with a new Omron based HMI and PLC control system to compliant standards with technical documentation
• The control strategy utilises fully proven software developed within the filling industry over last 15 years

Secondary Pump Drive

• Original clutch/brake pump drive system removed and replaced with new drive module fitted with 6 (six) individual Hybrid Step/Servo drive arrangements including the option for future upgrades

A suitable nozzle arrangement will be supplied subject to the buyer's requirements
