The Baker Perkins granulator mixer is a high intensity, high shear industrial processing machine designed to blend powders and convert them into uniform, free flowing granules
High intensity mixing: Built with a jacketed, tulip shaped stainless steel mixing chamber
Agitator system: Features a bottom driven high intensity mixing blade, three arm design, paired with a side entering high speed chopper/granulator blade
Dual/variable speeds: Granulator and main mixer motors support multiple or variable speeds (such as 1500/3000 rpm on the granulator unit) for precise control over shear intensity and particle formation.
Discharge and control: Equipped with pneumatic exit valves and integrated control panels
