Pharmaceutical Grade Monoblock Filler Capper

A recently completed project for a new Pharmaceutical grade monoblock filler-capper for vials.

Fully automatic machine that includes the following features:

• Automatic vial feed system
• Peristaltic fill system for high accuracy dosing on small fill volumes. For this project the required fill range was 1ml – 5ml with an accuracy of + or – 2%
• Dose measured via both volume and weight system
• Easy to adjust via touch screen HMI and self calibrating pumps
• Automatic pick and place cap application
• Our patented torque head can apply both push and screw caps without the need of any mechanical adjustment
• Integrated labeller
• Format change over takes less than 5 minutes
